Cancellation Policy of Discovery Calls (for making an enquiry):
There is no fee for cancellation for Discovery Calls. If you would like to reschedule your Discovery Call for a better day or time to suit you, please rebook online by clicking here.
Cancellation of Client Psychological Assessment Appointments:
Our Psychologists are required to prepare and obtain access to assessment materials in preparation for all Psychological Assessment appointments. For all Assessment Appointments, the full session fee is charged if less than 24 hours of cancellation notice is provided. If you need to change your appointment, please respond to your appointment confirmation, SMS or email reminder to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy of Group Supervision sessions for Psychologists & Allied Health Practitioners:
Due to the preparation that goes into developing this service, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling of Group Supervision Sessions. You will instead get a copy of the actual presentation materials and accompanying handout to review in your own time, and if applicable to your internship or development plan, log against your Professional Development.
