Welcome to our online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Programs for Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which focus on CBT strategies for emotional regulation, executive functioning, goal setting, time management, better sleep, fitness and focus and parenting challenges with ADHD. 

Anyone with or without a formal diagnosis may access our online CBT courses for Adult ADHD.

Our programs are online, self-paced, designed to fit your schedule and allow you to learn at your own pace, regardless of location. You’ll find various resources, exercises, and tools to help you better understand ADHD and develop effective strategies to manage its impact on your daily life.

Our goal is to support you are you embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth.

As you progress, we encourage you to take your time navigating the content videos, the workbooks provided, reflect on your experiences, and apply the techniques that resonate with you. Specifically, this modules looks at emotional control, inhibition (impulse control and decision-making), working memory, initiation (procrastination and starting tasks), planning and prioritisation, flexible thinking, organisation of your environment, and how to self monitor.

Our video presentations include content in powerpoint format, with our Psychologist Elaine Collins voiceover talking you through the content. You can speed it up or slow it down. Rather than just watching videos, you’ll actively engage with the content through note-taking, workbook activities, and short exercises—she prompts you through how to complete the activities or exercises, which are all designed to help you absorb and retain information more effectively.

6. Captions & Word Highlighting to Improve Focus

All our videos include captions with word highlighting, helping you stay engaged, follow along more easily, and reinforce key points visually. This feature is especially useful if you struggle with auditory processing or maintaining focus during longer explanations.

7. Evidence-Based Methods – But You Choose What Works for You

Every chapter presents evidence-based methods tailored to that topic, ensuring you receive scientifically supported strategies. However, not every chapter may resonate with you, and that’s completely okay! If a particular section doesn’t feel relevant, you can simply skip to the next chapter. Anyone with or without a formal diagnosis can access our online CBT Courses for Adult ADHD. Whether you were diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, received a late diagnosis in adulthood, or remain undiagnosed but relate to the symptoms, our approach is to help you to harness the unique strengths and advantages that come with an ADHD brain. Our courses are desgined as self-paced psychoeducational material which you can nagivate in your own time. You can purchase them individually, so you only access the modules you are actually interested in. Once purchased, you have access to your chosen course for a 12 month period.
